I have spent more than 25 years building and leading finance from inside businesses—working alongside founders, CEOs, boards and shareholders as organisations scaled, transformed and navigated complex decisions.

The perspective

My experience spans start-up, listed-company and multi-company group environments across iGaming, technology and investment businesses. I have built finance functions from inception, led teams across jurisdictions and supported businesses operating at nine-figure revenue scale.

The common thread is institutionalising growth: creating the reporting, planning, treasury, governance, controls and leadership discipline that allow a successful business to scale with greater confidence.

Today, I bring that operating experience to selected founder-led businesses through Fractional CFO leadership and strategic finance advisory.
